Located above the grid is the Hot Spin Reel turning lazily, just waiting for the right moment to completely flip the game. The setup is the same as before, with 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 fixed paylines which flow fast. When it comes to extras, there are a whole lot more than you would find on a fruit slot back in the day. Sticking with the retro theme, the gameplay is fast and simple, in the base game at least. The visuals are nice, with a lot of bright gold, and touches of shimmer along the trim. It's a sweet 70s disco flavoured piece of EDM and suits the game well - old school gaming with a modern twist. The soundtrack can't be described as anything other than groovy. Two key additions have been made, however, and they have drastically improved the game's potential for larger wins. In fact, take a quick glance at a screenshot, and you would be forgiven for thinking you were looking at the original Hot Spin. Not a lot has changed we still get the same flashing lights and classic symbols of a retro Las Vegas-style slot - with a few extras. The original Hot Spin isn't exactly an old slot, but developers iSoftBet felt it was time to jazz it up and release a deluxe version.
